The key word is “regular” as it is more effective to do easy exercises regularly than indulging yourself in heavy workouts occasionally and randomly. You should include those exercises in your schedule which you can enjoy doing as only then you will do them regularly. If you don’t have time to indulge in heavy workouts and gym sessions, you can include easy physical activities like walking, running and cycling to your daily life.
